Power mimicry or absorption Ability to copy or absorb another’s powers or skills.
Power sensing Ability to sense or recognize superhuman powers.
Animal shape-shifting The ability to transform into any one animal. The animal cannot be chosen: it is uniquely suited to that individual’s personality. The person still has full control over their transformations and retain their minds. However not uncommon, this is a tricky power to master as there have been a few rare cases where a person has become trapped in their form for days or weeks at a time because they didn’t know how to turn back.
Personal physical powers Powers which affect a physical person’s body.
Accelerated healing Ability to heal rapidly from any injury; the rate of recovery varies from character to character. (The School’s Nurse is of exceptional skill in this area. Unfortunately the power is will not work on wounds that are inevitably fatal...eg: Wound to the heart.)
Night vision Ability to see clearly in darkness.
X-ray vision Ability to see through solid objects.
Body part substitution Ability to replace one’s limbs or other body parts with those of another.
Duplication Ability to create physical duplicates of oneself.
Force field generation Ability to project powerful fields of manipulated energy.(RARE)
Invisibility Ability to render the user unseen to the naked eye. (VERY RARE.)
Superhuman strength Ability to have a level of physical strength higher than that possible by a human being in real life.
Waterbreathing Ability to respirate through water in lieu of a gaseous medium. (Not to be confused with an ability to go without breathing or to be able to breathe an alternate air supply.)
Telepathy Ability to read the thoughts of, or to mentally communicate with others.
Mutate Syper human strength, suffer major injuries without aparent effect. Preseumably heals faster than normal humans as well. Can also see infra-red, allowing him to spot the Invisible. The muate cam emerge whenever he or she gets too excited, upset, or angry. see, smell, taste, feel and/or hear more than a normal human.
Elasticity Ability to stretch, deform, expand and contract one’s body into any form they can imagine.
Liquification Ability to turn partially or completely into a liquid.
Omni-linguism Ability to understand any form of language, a natural polyglot. This can be accomplished in various ways.
Superhuman intelligence Ability to have intelligence far above genius level.
Empathy Ability to read or sense the emotions and/or control the emotions or feelings of others.e
Mediumship Ability to see and communicate with the dead (ghosts).
Precognition Ability to perceive the future. It may be expressed in vague dreams while asleep, other times it can be clear and can occur at will. It may also be used as a form of “Danger sense” to show the user that they are being threatened and from what direction it is coming from.
Telepathy Ability to read the thoughts of, or to mentally communicate with others.
Psionic blast Ability to overload another’s mind causing pain, memory loss, loss of consciousness, vegetative state or death after having created a psionic link into that person’s mind. (This particular power is used by many for evil/torturing purposes)(RARE)
Intangibility or phasing Ability to phase through solid matter without harm. (RARE)
Light manipulation Ability to control, generate or absorb photons (particles of light). Reality warping and the ability to change or manipulate reality itself. (RARE)
Weather manipulation Ability to control or mentally affect the weather. This includes the ability to generate various natural phenomena (rain, tornadoes, lightning, etc.) or control the intensity of the weather.
Power negation Ability to cancel the superpowers of others for a minimal amount of time.
Matter ingestion Ability to consume any sort of matter without any ill effects on the user.
Bone Manipulation Not an ability guaranteed to make one popular, being able to manipulate one's bones has its uses. Characters are able to generate new bone mass, project bones from their skin or rearrange their existing skeletal structure.
Space-time manipulation A truly enviable power, individuals with this ability are able to freeze time for everyone, specific individuals, or to stop objects in motion.
Merge Ability to temporarily merge two beings into a single being, which results in a completely new and stronger being.
Umbrakenesis Umbrakinesis is the ability to move shadows and darkness with the mind.
Wallcrawling Ability to cling to, climb and walk on walls.
Cold and ice manipulation Ability to reduce the kinetic energy of atoms and thus reduce temperature, can be used to control, generate, or absorb ice. Can only be used if there is moisture in the air.
Plant manipulation Ability to control, manipulate or animate all forms of plant life.
Electric manipulation Ability to control, generate or absorb electric fields.
Fire and heat manipulation Ability to control the kinetic energy of atoms to generate, manipulate, control or absorb fire.
Water and moisture manipulation Ability to control, generate or absorb water.
Concussion beams Ability to generate or transform various forms of energy into a “solid” or concussive beam of energy.
